  Every time I've been to this north side Boston Pizza, I've had great service with a smile and a stomach full of good pasta. I love my pasta, so this is a place I love visiting especially on days like Thursdays when they have deals on pasta. Awesome.
  
  The restaurant side is nice and clean and the noise levels aren't crazy so it's good for a family trip.
  
  The bar side? I've had waitresses take our tables order off memory, which is impressive and I tipped her accordingly since some waitresses take my order on paper and it's rare but I've had my order botched st other restaurants.

  I had an absolutely horrible launch here. I ordered the French Onion Soup. The soup obviously had been frozen, then reheated and maybe even frozen and reheated again as the broth would separate as soon as it landed on to your spoon. Besides that, it had an awful flavor. The bread was too soft as it had obviously been sitting in the broth for a while and the cheese separated into small globules. Yuk - never ordering the French Onion Soup at this location again.

  This place looked friendly when entering, only to get a guy that sounded like a woman... then got my waitress, she got me drinks and then next table also, then after being there 10 minutes, she goes to the other table takes there order, now this table arrived 5 minutes after me... then places there order and returns to me... Worst Service ever.. then I wanted to leave and pay cash only to have to wait 10 minutes for my server cause the stupid cash desk would not take my cash only the server and she was standing there chatting for another 5 minutes, finally I went out to the car and got my debit..to pay and speed it up... totally ridiculous... Needless to say I would never recommend this Pizza

  I find this location can be hit and miss. Last night I took my boys here after a trip to the mall and it was the best experience I have had at this location yet. The server was awesome, never had to ask her for anything! She was great with my boys, put our appetizer order in right away. Didn't wait for our drinks and our meals were perfect :-) we enjoyed our selves so much we even stayed for desert :-)

  I stopped at the BPs on my way out of the town from the Grande Prairie airport.  My server (Tommie) was pleasant and attentive. I had the seven cheese ravioli baked with cheese on top.  It was okay.  Unfortunately, the ravioli itself was not cooked enough and was lukewarm, the cheese inside not melted.  The garlic toast was also not very warm.  I usually have a pretty decent experience at the BP restaurants I go to so here's hoping that this was a freak occurrence at this particular location.
